I was driving to the gym at Spiceball yesterday morning, and went to pull into the car park when I was immediately greeted with a ‘CAR PARK CLOSED’ sign. A mass of water from the heavy rain seemed to have flooded both car parks either side of the bridge, and backing up Wildmere Industrial Estate. I couldn’t quite believe it. It was so bizarre seeing what is usually full of cars full of water.
So, I had to take some snaps. As I was caught off guard these are only off my iPhone that has been bruised and battered. But heres what they looked like…
The one that gets me is the last one, you can see how quickly the water is moving! Fingers crossed for no more rain, however we live in England so I think we all know that’s wishful thinking…
